1. General Information
Golden GSC Hotel is a distinguished hospitality brand located at Main Road, Taran Taran, near Gurudwara Shaheedan Sahib, Amritsar, Punjab. We offer accommodation, food, and additional services to both leisure and business travelers.
2. Booking & Reservation
- Reservation Process: Reservations can be made via phone, email, or through our official website.
- Confirmation: All bookings will be confirmed once full payment or a valid credit card guarantee is received. A booking confirmation email will be sent to the provided email address.
- Advance Booking: Guests are encouraged to book at least 48 hours in advance to guarantee room availability, especially during peak seasons and festivals.
3. Check-in & Check-out Policy
- Check-in Time: Standard check-in time is from 2:00 PM onwards.
- Check-out Time: Standard check-out time is by 12:00 PM (noon).
- Early Check-in / Late Check-out: Early check-in and late check-out are subject to room availability and may incur additional charges.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation: Guests may cancel their reservations up to 24 hours before the check-in date without penalty.
- Late Cancellation / No-show: If the booking is canceled within 24 hours of check-in, or in the event of a no-show, a one-night room charge will be applied.
- Refund: Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 7-10 business days, using the same payment method used for the original booking.
5. Room Policies
- Accommodation: All rooms are intended for residential purposes only. Any commercial or business activities must be approved by hotel management in advance.
- Room Capacity: The maximum occupancy for each room type is stated during booking. Exceeding the maximum occupancy may result in additional charges or refusal of accommodation.
- Pets: Pets are not permitted on the hotel premises, except for service animals.
- Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited in indoor areas, including guest rooms. Designated smoking areas are available outside the building.
6. Payment Policy
- Accepted Forms of Payment: We accept payments via credit/debit cards, cash, or online payment gateways.
- Taxes: All room rates are subject to applicable taxes, which will be added at the time of check-out.
- Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit may be required upon check-in to cover incidental charges. This deposit will be refunded upon check-out after inspection of the room.

- Lost Property: Golden GSC Hotel is not responsible for any lost or stolen items during your stay. We recommend using the in-room safe for valuables. Lost and found items will be retained for up to 7 days.
8. Services & Facilities

12. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes or claims arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through arbitration in Amritsar, Punjab. The courts of Amritsar will have exclusive jurisdiction.
